Pumpkin was definitely worth the investment
Pumpkin has been very good about my claims processing. I did reach out one time because a claim was denied and I felt it was not caused by a pre-existing condition since the doctor couldn't determine what was causing his stomach issues. They listened to my feedback and paid the claim. My only issue is that claims typically take 30 days to process.

I’ve had pumpkin insurance for Nyah since April 2021 after getting her as a puppy. Recently, she became ill and has not only had to see her primary vet but also had to go to an internist at a specialty hospital. With the fear of the unknown as to what is wrong with her and the testing that had to be done and the expenses associated with the test, Pumpkin Insurance has been extremely quick in processing her claims for payment reimbursement and has alleviated the stress with the expenses associated for her testing/care and potential diagnosis. Highly recommend!!!

We have had great success with Pumpkin
We have had great success with Pumpkin Pet Insurance. Our dog is almost 4 years old and has had MAJOR health issues. We have submitted several claims. The process to submit claims is easy and in most cases they are relatively prompt in reimbursement. Having this insurance has given me peace of mind knowing that I do not have to compromise on Tucker's care due to the high cost of Vet services. I don't know what we would have done with out this insurance.
