This company has cost me thousands in corrective actions. Sometimes they are good and sometimes you fall through their cracks—failure to remember and provide specific care for your lawn’s issues, timely action on what’s needed, not returning calls, and not resolving issues before they become worse. You have to hound them and they simply don’t follow through. Then, they are happy to give you a quote to correct the issue they caused/contributed to causing. Some individuals are amazing and sometimes the work is solid. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was an irrigation inspection and repair at an hourly rate that I’ve never even seen a lawyer charge, then a charge that was well beyond the services rendered and time spent (I pre inspected, I was there during, and I post inspected), and repeated failure to provide an itemized receipt despite my multiple requests over many weeks, which were vocally promised and then…nothing.
Purple care was very professional and transparent with what was going on. Ian answered all my questions and was very thorough inside and out.

Devin and Brayden came to the door to let me know they had arrived, per email and text notice, to do the lawn treatment. Our yard looked green before others and the weeds are minimal- which is astonishing, as we are surrounded by native pasture. The office ladies are always happy and quick to help.
