So far everything has been great
So far everything has been great. There was a little confusion at first about what area of my yard needed taken care of. After talking to the office (not sure of her name but she was super helpful) Kaleb came back and took care of everything that got missed and did a great job talking to me and making sure we were all on the same page with what areas need taken care of and what needs done to get my lawn looking good.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. I have used other companies in the past and had many issues ranging from weed control, chemical burnt spots, etc...Have been using Purple Care for about 2 years now and very satisfied. Kaleb, our technician, is very knowledgeable and informative.

Great yard service
My yard is about the best in the neighborhood. Lush and green, no weeds. PUrple Care has taken care of it for several years. Kaleb takes very great care of it for me.

Purple Care has been taking care of my yard for over 3 years. Everything goes well each visit. They let me know when they are on the way. They check with me (if home) if there's anything that needs attention and all around great service. Kaleb has been great each time he's been here. I would totally recommend PurpleCare for your lawn needs.

PurpleCare Lawn and Shrub and Tree service
Purple care comes out every 6 weeks. Yard has been thickening up nicely, however I have a lot of weeds. I was upset when Caleb (person who applies weed killer, and Fertilizer), said "We don't treat Dallis grass any longer." I chose Purple Care to get rid of all my weeds. I switched from TruGreen for this reason. I will just have to see if the crabgrass, and nutsedge grasses die. As far as the Dallis grass, I was told "you will have to take care of that yourself with RoundUp, or you can have the additional service added on."

I’m sorry the conversation about Dallis grass left you feeling disappointed. Some grassy weeds, like dallis grass, can require a different approach than our regular weed control treatments, but we definitely want to take a closer look at what is going on in your lawn and make sure we are doing everything we can to help. I would love to schedule a free quality control visit so our team can evaluate the crabgrass, nutsedge, dallis grass, and overall weed pressure in your yard. After that visit, we can give you a clear recommendation and make sure you know exactly what can be treated through your current program and what may need a different service. Quality work done professionally in a…
Quality work done professionally in a timely manner. I had this type of work on previously by a different landscape company who charged me almost as much and sent two guys and a wheelbarrow with one half yard of sandy loam. Today I had 3 guys with about two and a half yards of material specifically created for this type of lawn with professional equipment to spread and level. Obviously a significantly better job over a greater amount of area with more material and labor hours.I'm very pleased.

As a long time customer and generally leave positive messages on great my lawn look until the beginning of spring 2026 and the grass was winterized, but it looked worse than I have ever seen it. I called and someone came out looked around and made good on his words. I told him in the past that other lawn services would come to the house to give us a good deal to switch but I believe, with loyalty to a company that is doing a great job I will not switch even if it were free. I'm satisfied keep up the great job.
