I made a purchase at 5am and they made me wait online for over 15 hours. Literally the worst service I ever had. Don't waste your money cause they don't care about your time.

The staff were very fast to respond to any concerns and I got what I wanted safely. The negatives were that the delivery ETA wasn’t accurate. The actual delivery took longer. Probably because there are a lot of people in line, but have in mind that you will probably need to wait a little longer than estimated. Another small grape is that during the delivery, I got a little confused and asked questions but I didn’t get a response. Maybe they were busy with other people. Overall, the service is good, but you can feel it being overwhelmed by a lot of people.

I did purchase items from this website and it didn't go that bad. The items they sell are very high compared to others but that's not too bad. Scam website. They sent me an email for 5 dollars off. I tried to order and it said only 1 dollar off instead!! They lied. They do not honor their word. I will not trust them until they keep their word and their honor of 5 dollars off. If they fix the issue I will give update.

I gave it 4 stars because my one knock was on the timeframe from when I made my purchase to when I received the product. However it wasn't their fault the game is trying to push their kind of service out of the game causing supply issues. Great customer support despite some hiccups
It's not 5 starts as there were some delays in my order BUT: all through that time I got fast customer support service and was notified that there would be a delay to my order due to the rarity of some of the items I requested. I was also offered the chance for a refund should I want to cancel my order. I decided to wait for another week, I was on vacation during that time anyway so it was not wasted time, and when I had returned and requested an update on my order from Customer Support I got the order in less than 10 minutes. I will not only continue to do business with this provider but I will also recommend them to all my friends
