Avoid at all costs, terrible service

The company promise 100% safe service and guarantees. this is not true. My account got banned for 14 days and 1000 gold removed from my character. PvPbank refused to help, used gaslighting and aggressive tactics + made up fake policies and timelines on the spot in order to get out of any previous claims, promises or obligations. Very unprofessional, unsafe and frustrating experience speaking with their support agent Lucie / Kefu. Avoid this service and use a more customer centric company that don't try to solve issues by getting defensive instantly and then making up impossible to meet criteria on the spot.

Process was pretty painless

Process was pretty painless. Accepted PayPal, which is the most relevant for me. I used the AH option as that made the most sense to me for security purposes. Went to bed and woke up to my gold. Exactly what I was hoping would happen. Will use this process again in the future.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the length of the wait. But after contacting customer support they helped immediately. Had my delivery very quickly and even had patience with technical dificulties on my end. Support was friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

Fast and prompt

The prices fluctuate and, the gear sales are overpriced. But, for Gil they're fairly reasonable on the market and everytime I've worked with them they're pretty fast on delivery. They'll estimate about 30-45 minutes, but I've almost always gotten my order with in about twenty. When they deliver, they're straight to the point and don't really beat around the bush with formalities. Customer Service is decent, they don't speak english very well, but they're very accommodating in making sure that they have the order right.

Easy and Quick- but weird management

Super easy and quick transaction! I received everything I needed and the customer service was lovely. :) The only thing I was weary of is that I had been contacted 3 times through 3 different means (email, line, and my personal phone number) to leave a review, despite that I was going to leave a review regardless.

Took a lot longer than the site said it…

Took a lot longer than the site said it would for me to get my gold. The site said it usually takes 30 minutes and it took over a day. I did like that the gold was split up instead of just receiving one big amount so it looks less suspicious. Other than the slow delivery the customer service was good. They were quick to respond when I had questions.

I bought some SWTOR credits from here…

I bought some SWTOR credits from here and received it less than 10mins after the purchase cleared. Very satisfied with my purchase. The only downside was my regular Visa card was DECLINED by the site, even though it had funds available. I contacted my bank, and there was nothing preventing my purchase on their end. I instead had to link my card to my PayPal and use my PayPal on the site for the purchase to work. FIX YOUR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION SYSTEM PLEASE!!! If PayPal can properly charge my card, and the site can properly charge my PayPal, then there is absolutely NO excuse why the site shouldn’t accept my US based Visa card. Aside from that, my experience was great. Was even contacted today by “Rick” today via text to confirm I received my credits. Thanks Rick! I will be purchasing from here again!
