Took a lot longer than the site said it would for me to get my gold. The site said it usually takes 30 minutes and it took over a day. I did like that the gold was split up instead of just receiving one big amount so it looks less suspicious. Other than the slow delivery the customer service was good. They were quick to respond when I had questions.
