The company promise 100% safe service and guarantees. this is not true. My account got banned for 14 days and 1000 gold removed from my character. PvPbank refused to help, used gaslighting and aggressive tactics + made up fake policies and timelines on the spot in order to get out of any previous claims, promises or obligations.
Very unprofessional, unsafe and frustrating experience speaking with their support agent Lucie / Kefu. Avoid this service and use a more customer centric company that don't try to solve issues by getting defensive instantly and then making up impossible to meet criteria on the spot.
