Hi I bought my e-bike on line it came fed x easy to assemble charged the battery took it out for the first time very fun and very easy ride get great mileage out of the battery life. Would recommend the bike to anyone who wants a quality bike it also has full suspension great for long term riding again a great product.
Shipping was relatively fast. I found assembly to be straight forward. The bike is very comfortable to ride and easy to operate the different speeds. Communication with Qronge is excellent and helpful. over all a good experience.
My son has been begging for a dirt-bike for several years. We finally broke down and got him one for Christmas. I was very hesitant to buy one online because sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting. I am so happy I went with QRONGE and then spark 1 electric motorcycle. He loves it. The bike came Almost completely assembled, came with all of the tools to put it together. Took me about 1 hour by myself to have it all set up. I am 6’3” tall and 260lbs and hit 53mph on it . This thing is fast and well built. Customer service and tracking was always in communication.
After ordering and using my Qronge Thunder fat tire e-bike I have been very pleased with Qronge responsive team. They have gone above and beyond to make my experience great!! Using the bike has made my commutes so much easier and very comfortable. The bike is exactly what I expected and more!! Definitely recommend anyone with a long commute that wants to be eco friendly or just wants to ride a bike instead of driving to try Qronge out. Battery life on my Thunder e-bike is more than capable of taking me to and from on my 30 mile commute. Power is very responsive and peddle assist make the battery life outstanding!!
I really like this bike! It was fairly easy to assemble which is saying something since I have no mechanical skills at all. Rides well with controls in easy reach; I have folded both bikes (I bought 2) ant transported them to trails. Negatives: mirrors don't reach out far enough to easily see behind you! Also it would be nice if assist mode could be adjusted to a comfortable speed by rider!
It is always a risk buying an e bike in line without trying it out. As my 3rd bike purchase this way I trust my instincts. I wasn't disappointed. Exceptionally pleased. Online video made putting it together a breeze. It is solid and smooth riding. The different ways the handlebars can be configured is great. I'm an all season rider and am confident the Zepher will see me through. Happy with my purchase.
The pair of Qronge bikes we purchased allowed us to ride further, faster and more comfortable than any of our previous bikes. Able to ride farther distances, gave us more opportunities to see and visit a lot more places, and got us out riding a lot more often. The quality of the bikes is excellent, and we are big fans of how many miles we can get on a single battery charge.
