Don’t Speak English…
The issue I have with Rainbow is twice I went to pick up an online order while I was there. I decided to look for something else, each time I needed Assistance I was unable to get the customer service I needed because the employees spoke Spanish. 1 of the employees on the floor had the audacity to tell me to my face. I do not speak English. it was very frustrating. Also aggravating that I couldn’t get simple questions answered because the Staff could not help me due to NONE speaking English. How can you tell a customer? I do not speak English. How is that allowed? Communication and comprehension is extremely important. Also, the music was Spanish

Cheaply made
A lot of the pieces felt cheaply made and were see through even when they were lined. Sizing was also not consistent between pieces.

No way to track my package and I had it…
No way to track my package and I had it sent to a Rainbow store. It took a very long time to finally get to the store and while I was trying to figure out where the products were, you are told, do not contact the store. When I finally got the clothes…. I wasn’t satisfied. All extorted sizes and 3 dresses had to go in the garbage. I will never order anything online again. Don’t do it people!

My necklace was bent on one of the…
My necklace was bent on one of the chain parts and it was wrongly made so one chain is stacked on another then the other chain is positioned right but I'm a loop inside one of the others and the boots I ordered is the wrong size plus I didn't get notified when it was here until the next day.
