Hi Rainbow Shop is a great place to order items and my experience with typo error for my deliver a dress was a little bit of hassle because the order was already in transit but by contacting USPS about my order issue they were able to hold my order for me to pickup at USPS location do over all I Love shopping with Rainbow!!!

The heels I ordered were to small even though the size show 11, my daughter who fits a woman 8 actually was able to fit the heels. I attempted to return the shoes at a Rainbows store the employees was rude and refuse to return the heels using my receipt on my cellphone. They advised me that I had to have the actual paper receipt. Then tried to take them to a FedEx drop store. I had to have everything packed with label.. my experience makes me not want to order anymore from rainbows online..
