I browsed for hours for my selections and paid honest money and never received package due to Philadelphia, PA or Hillside, IL.either way thanks a lot. I use to be a consistent customer...Not Anymore! In the past I also had complaints of my brand new outfit coming apart at seem of hoodie. RAINBOW DO BETTER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

When I returned two of the items that…
When I returned two of the items that did not fit from my mail order the lady working in the hinesville Georgia location was extremely rude. I did have three different returns, I know that can be frustrating. But when I entered the store and came to the counter I said good morning. The store employee asked me very abruptly did I have the original card for the transaction? Never said good morning never exchanged any pleasantries. When I tried to do the returns she told me that two of them would have to be store credit I said okay. She told me that the return items would have to be store credit also. I said no I just received these items in the mail. She said it goes by the date it was ordered. I said that cannot be so it takes time to ship an order to a customer. She contacted her manager and again was extremely rude to me after her manager told her that she could return the items. This employee makes me not want to shop in the hinesville Georgia location anymore. I had never been treated so rudely in a rainbow shop. I currently shop in Florida locations and other Georgia locations. It will be a while before I return to the hinesville Georgia location.

Quick delivery
I simply ordered some clothes and opted to pick up in store. I received a email the items were ready for pick up and went to get the items. All items were correct and exactly what I expected. I appreciated not having to pay for shipping and able to save some more money. The cashier gave me standard Rainbow customer service.
