To whom it may concern As always, I want to be honest with you; sometimes I prefer not to comment and just let it pass. but to this time I’m not going to hide it anymore. I prefer shopping online rather to visiting an any Rainbow store . Because of the negative experiences I’ve had; and I always leave the store feeling sad and very disappointed. This isn’t the first time; it has happened to me twice now. I hope that by sharing this the issues get resolved and they correct the flaws that truly damage the store’s name and reputation. The employees have very rude attitudes, they always look sour, and you can’t ask them for anything or seek help. They don’t try to be kind and friendly with the customers . they work as if they are completely frustrated; even ringing up a sale or processing any transaction feels like a burden or a source of frustration for them. They don’t even provide you the fitting room service. It feels like they are so hostile toward you; it’s a nightmare for the customer. I want to emphasize that I’m not saying this to hurt anyone . and am I not doing it because I’m a frustrated person or anything like that; I’m mentioning it because I was asked about it. This is very unpleasant to go to shopping and encounter such toxic people with attitudes; nothing good comes from that. I have nothing else to add. My apologies to all. I hoping that my next visit to a Rainbow store is a much better experience than what I’ve been seeing lately. Thank you very much for your attention and for allowing me to be part a Rainbow customer.

I love everything about Rainbow!! I really hate the location in El Paso closed now I have to order online only. It's nothing like the in-store experience, really going to miss y'all.

I love the sandals that I've received , very elegant the paddens are very soft and comfortable for a long day wear . I also love that the items didn't take too long but the shipping was on time .

I like the fact that they keeping up with fashion for the plus size girlys! However plus size come in all shapes and form, so i think they should add more material in the arms,waist and thigh area of the clothes if the material is not stretchy! Or add more 4x and 5x to the collection!

I normally order work flats, and they are colorful, beautiful, comfortable and true to size. I also, get compliments as well not expensive. Would recommend to my friends and family. Keep bringing in those flats.

TOO BIG!!!!

All items were too big

Shoes are not right to the size!

I ordered size 8 which is my size and they are too too big It showed that they would be right to the size. False advertising. You should have stated to order a size smaller. You should rightfully send me both pairs a size 7 with no charge.

Not adhering to store hours posted and rude unprofessional employees

On pick up attempts door locked despite posted time and encountered the rudest employee. Call the store and corporate without concern or call back.
