Ordered two items, t-shirts, one of which had a stitching fault which was happily replaced without quibble. On the very rare occasions when I've had a faulty item over many years of orders items have always been replaced or credit given with no need to return.
The experience has been first class from start to finish! The ordering was simple and initially I thought the printing and shipping were going to come from overseas. I had confirmation the order was ready to ship after 2 days and I received it within 3 business days, so all up 1 week. The printed desk mats were gifts and they hit mark with my family members who loved the Hail Mary character designs! No complaints and happy to repurchase next time - Thank You!.
Printing a label and then failing to ship in under four days, adding a weekend to the wait, is unacceptable.

Order came earlier than expected, but it notified me very accurately. And of course, my boxy shirt came in good condition! Very reliable selection, check-out, and delivery process.
"Artist made" Feeling a bit misled because I bought a hat that looks good in the photos but its a super thin- made in China- hat that you would get for 4 dollars from hobby lobby with a character that belongs to a different company and I paid an "independent artist" 30 dollars for it. That being said I cant even return it without paying for shipping that I also paid to get it. The customer support was helpful though when I needed help.

I’ve been using Redbubble for my iPhone cases for years now and my main to go ones are anime themed. The artists are all over the world and v talented. Services are amazing too, fast delivery and goods come in excellent conditions. An example of my recent purchase: one of my designs was created by a female from Singapore and within 4 days I received it in the Uk!
First time mug arrived smashed to tiny pieces. Second time mug arrived with a crack running from top to bottom. Was advised that it wasn’t possible to add more packaging if a further replacement sent. Got a refund. Won’t be ordering from Redbubble again.

Ordered and it said it shipped and gave a broad range of expected days of delivery. After over a week past those days I reached out. They did offer money back or to get another one shipped out. I said I still wanted the product. They shipped the second one and that process seemed to go alot smoother as it arrived only a day after the date range that time. Funny, then a couple days later I received another shippment of what I ordered. So basically the one that never showed up, all of a sudden did.

I bought it for motivation every morning. I have had MS for 30 years and was just upgraded to the secondary progressive stage. It was not good news and I wanted something to remind me every day to keep a positive attitude. I may not be able to wear my three inch heels any more but I’m still standing and I’m still walking. Plus purple is my favorite color. I would imagine that others are looking for similar motivational posters.
I received a 'cat in art' T-shirt which was supposed to be a medium (I'd had 2 previously which fitted well) but turned out to be much smaller with a very small opening for the neck. I was initially frustrated that I couldn't phone a customer services line - I am not keen on computers / technology as a pensioner with health issues - or access a returns label. However, I got an email response saying to keep the T-shirt anyway and that a large size was on it's way free of charge so my wife and I both have one now!! Everything was very great and the sticker I got is just as awesome as it looked online, my only thing is the sticker said it had arrived 3 whole days before it actually did. In my opinion estimate the product to arrive later than it actually does rather than before.
