I couldnt provide feedback to Redbubble…
I couldnt provide feedback to Redbubble directly, there is no option for that. I asked the ''Redbubble bot'' for the email to provide feedback but there is none. I have concerns about the ''artist' I bought from. Their minimal information was that they are in India. I however ordered on a Saturday and on Tuesday had an Australia Post notification that a postage label was being created (so within Australia) and it arrived two days later. (How can a parcel possibly arrive from India in two business days?) I looked into the artist profile and there's next to no information. They are selling random designs on different styles of clothing. The experience has made me doubt the whole 'independent artist' as sellers spiel. Also why isnt there a direct email to Redbubble (one that I could find anyway) As I would rather give private feedback then public. I gave 2 stars because I like what I ordered, however dont like the apparent false advertising. Integrity in a business is essential for me these days.

All designs are created by the independent artists so they can sell their designs on everyday products like t-shirts, phone cases, cushions, posters, and many more! However, orders print and ship from 3rd-party fulfillers worldwide. After you place your order, it's routed to one or more 3rd-party fulfillers based on the delivery location and product types. Then the 3rd-party fulfiller prints and ships on behalf of the independent artist.
