BUYERS BEWARE: Take Your Business Elsewhere
I have a current Redbubble order that says shipped August 1 in an email they sent me, but when I tracked my order, it shows that the delivery company (USPS) is still waiting to receive the package a week later. I paid for expedited shipping, and my package is lost somewhere in the abyss thanks to Redbubble’s shoddy service. And guess what — there’s NO customer service at Redbubble. There’s an AI chat that asks you to type your problem/question, then it says “I hope that helped” as the response. I spent $600 in posters for my classroom, and I’m infuriated that there is no customer support from this company. All buyers BEWARE!

I love the prints and colours from old Eastern carpets. This modern one is very soft and light. The lovely warm blanket fits well in our living room. Delivery was quick. Thank you!

Delivery problem and lack of customer support
I had ordered a personalised card for a special occasion. I paid extra to ensure it arrived by a certain date. Despite this it arrived about a week after it was supposed to do. I contacted Redrubble but their attiude was basically wait and see
