Ordered a T-shirt for daughters birthday more than a week in advance… paid extra for express delivery to make sure it came 4-5 days before the day… had to keep chasing for it and even then it arrived one day after her birthday. Not happy at all as had to buy another T-shirt from Amazon (which arrived within 24 hours) so that she would have the one present she had specifically asked for this year! Feel let down as have paid more than £7 to ensure swift delivery and it took longer than standard delivery, not to mention the aggro it caused not knowing when it would arrive and having to sort out an alternative. Have had no form of reimbursement so very disappointed.

Easy to buy a product
Filling out the order form was easy, and the payment process went smoothly.
Since I live in Japan, there were a few instances where the address I entered didn’t include Latin characters, so I had to re-enter it. However, the instructions regarding this were easy to understand, and I was able to smoothly grasp the steps needed before the product was shipped.

Had to get a return on one of the items as it came damaged and was met with amazing help from the team. The item was a gift and I purchased it through express shipping and was able to receive the new item faster than expected which was such a relief.
