Had three external doors and 2 bifolds fitted and could not be happier with the service, quality and fitting. Very, very pleased and an all round great experience. Would highly recommend.
Bought a door which failed within its…
Bought a door which failed within its 10 year warranty, extremely difficult to arrange to get them to respond to the query and ultimately is it the property to assess the door it. When they finally did and measured up they confirmed it had bowed but only took measurements on one day at one time. The issue was much worse when the temperature was colder yet not prepared to factor this in, come back for secondary measurements or put this to the manufacturer . It’s crafty and cold as the door doesn’t fully seal, I need to pay £2,000 to replace it. I would never recommend anyone to use them when the do the bare minimum and need to be chased weekly to make progress. Worthless customer service and warranty.
Bifold door installation in Glossop
Quick, efficient and professional work team. Extremely well organised and friendly. No query too much trouble. And the finished product of installing bifold doors is even better than we imagined. Would have no hesitation in recommending Reddish Joinery.
Extremely disappointed with the door we…
Extremely disappointed with the door we purchased from Reddish joinery. We noticed the door rotting during lockdown. At the time of purchased we believed the door would be made my Reddish joinery themselves, but apparently it’s one they buy in from another supplier. We asked for a hard wood door but it’s clearly made from cheap wood. Now they are quoting £4500.00 for a replacement. The door isn’t fit for purpose and clearly has a design/build fault. We also had a similar problem with a similar front door that also rotted after just a few years and that was replaced. Having been a customer with Reddish joinery for a few years we are extremely disappointed with their attitude and handling of this situation. They do not care about their customers.
Fantastic workmanship
I cannot praise this family firm enough. Over many years they have replaced all the windows and built an amazing conservatory which everyone admires.All the staff are very professional, polite and considerate. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Issues with fitting that come back to bite us years later
Used Reddish joinery a number of times over the years for windows, doors and facias. All seemed fine at the time but we have had to have them back so many times over the years. The latest thing is we have discovered is that they haven’t used mastic to seal a number of windows. Wallpaper has gone moldy, rooms freezing cold and we currently have rain water dripping in through the top of the bathroom window. Shoddy workmanship and no proper checks that work carried out to high standard. The product itself seems fine but the fitting is what let’s them down
Absolutely Brilliant
We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that Reddish joinery have just completed for us. A new kitchen window, patio door and a fairly tricky steel installation. Tony and the lads were first class! The finish is fantastic and in this case you really do get what you pay for. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
Excellent experience with Reddish
Excellent experience with Reddish Joinery. Very courteously and promptly dealt with all my enquiries before my order was placed, and the window fitting was extremely professional. The product quality is first rate (accoya windows) and exactly what we needed. The quality of the doors is also truly surprising. Altogether, Reddish Joinery made what could have been a bit of a trial into a smooth, painless process. For financial reasons, we decided to start by replacing only the front windows and door to our house, but will definitely be asking Reddish Joinery to complete the remaining windows and doors this year. I can thoroughly recommend them.
