Would highly recommend Reddish Joinery. We have had them to replace a few windows over the past few years - this time they fitted a double glazed Accoya window in our kitchen which we are very pleased with. The father and son team worked very cleanly and efficiently.
We had Reddish put in a hardwood conservatory 24 years ago and have been very happy with it. With global warming we decided to have them replace to glass roof with a tiled one. Martyn (sales) was very helpful and spent a considerable amount of time with us making sure that all the concerns we had were properly addressed. He even had a mock-up of the roof made to show us how it was constructed. When the final measurements were taken prior to construction, Lee came down to ensure everything was correct & to check our requirements. Construction took place fairly soon afterwards and lasted just a week. All the tradesmen were top class, knew what they were doing and were very helpful. Organisation of the work was carried out by Natalie (Operations Manager) and was seamless. Snagging at the end took less than half a day and the final result looks very good. We are very happy with both the interior and exterior and the whole process went very smoothly.
I am delighted with my 7 new top quality hardwood windows from Reddish joinery. Mike Jarman, Sales Manager coordinated the process in a most efficient and friendly way. The surveyor checked everything and my beautiful windows were fitted by Tony and Dean who were very considerate and kind, doing an excellent fitting and clean-up job. REDDISH JOINERY are very highly recommended by me.
Would thoroughly recommend. Reddish joinery replaced a number of windows in our house with uPVC including two large bay windows. This involved repairing and encasing stained glass which was done too a very high standard. Mike (sales) was very helpful and spent lots of time with us talking through various options. Everything was done promptly and efficiently. Any minor problems were rectified very quickly. Natalie (operations) was very responsive in this regard. High standard of product and fitting and great customer service.
Reddish Joinery have just installed 32 wooden windows in my home and the result is outstanding. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed from start to finish. Special mention to Mike Jarman (Sales Executive), who was brilliant throughout. He took real ownership of the project, kept everything on track, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Communication was spot on and he genuinely cared that everything was right. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished work and would highly recommend Reddish Joinery to anyone looking for high-quality windows and great service.
The team at Reddish Joinery was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They installed custom fitted wardrobes in my bedroom, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Communication throughout the process was clear, and they kept the work area tidy. The finished product is exactly what I wanted—high quality and great value for money.
Following Reddish Joinery delivering us a fabulous twin lantern Orangery, we asked Lee if they could produce an outside space which would compliment this outstanding build. Lee came up with a plan and WOW did Reddish Joinery deliver. Fantastic and full credit to Paull and Kieron, stunning work guys along with the first class support from Natalie . To say we are pleased with the job is a vast understatement, just wonderful, if we could have put 6 stars we would have. Thanks Lee and all the team at Reddish Joinery we have no hesitation in recommending Reddish Joinery to everyone who is looking for the most Professional and Creative Workmanship you can ask for.
Superb interaction from the start with Lee and the scoping of the requirements of our new front door. Then the work was done extremely professionally and with minimal fuss. When they returned to fit the original glass that was also carried out excellently. Couldn't be happier with the end result.
Reddish Joinery fitted a large bay window for us in 2022, we were so impressed that we contacted them to replace a much smaller window with difficult access but they were still happy to do the work. The fitters worked efficiently, quietly and even offered to refit the window blind. The whole process from first contact to completion was very easy and straight forward. Reddish Joinery are a very professional, reliable company and we would thoroughly recommend them.
We are absolutely thrilled with our windows and doors from Reddish Joinery. We had all of our windows and doors replaced by them and from start to finish everyone we have dealt with from the team in the office, to the installers and Lee the director have been nothing but professional and wanted to make sure that we were happy throughout the whole process. The quality of the windows and doors in Accoya is second to none, we live in a conservation area and they did everything to help us work with the council to make sure they were happy with what we were doing. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
From choosing the design of the door Stephen was very helpful with his knowledge and politeness
We had old wooden bay windows replaced with modern wooden double glazing. As our house is in a Conservation Area, Stockport Council require us to use wood rather than PVC. Dealing with ground and first floor windows took 4 days. The team from Reddish Joinery were efficient and polite and got the windows in without major damage to the structure of the (over 100 year old) house. Making-good was carried out willingly and the final result looks as-new
Great job on our orangery. The whole project was brilliant from initial survey, design discussion, installation and final finish. Everyone involved was clearly a true professional and everything was well explained at each stage. Even though the construction was very quick it was clear the product is top quality. It’s made a huge difference to our home and such an improvement on our old conservatory.
A highly professional and reliable company. Helped us choose new doors and windows without pressure and installed by a great team. A fault (nothing to do with them) fixed immediately and always kept up to date with the plan
The team from Reddish Joinery recently built and installed a beautiful Orangerie for us. The whole process was a pleasure, from initial meetings and planning with Lee to Natalie in the office completed by Dave and his skilled craftsmen. To discover a family run business with true values who produce a stunning structure on time and on budget to us was quite exceptional. We would absolutely use them for future projects .
Very pleased with the experience with Reddish windows. 1st used them over 20 years ago to replace 2 bay windows and preserve the leaded glass. Called them again for a quote to do the back French doors and windows. They were prompt in response, they kept us up to date about progress and again a great job. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending them. Again they preserved leaded windows .
We ordered a new front door and everything from the ordering process to the fitting was first class. Quality of the door was amazing and the guys who fitted it, Dave & Tom, were professional & friendly and great workmen. Unusual for these times it was a great experience from start to finish. Possibly not the cheapest but a great product, well worth the price. So all in all great value. Thank you to all involved.
In late 2023 we asked Reddish to provide exterior doors snd windows to our Cottage renovation in Cheshire. Lee the Owner worked with us to plan the style and timing of the changes. They completed the work on time and budget with a professionalism showing breath of fresh air in what we find is an increasingly unsatisfactory customer service environment now that Covid has retreated. The visit last week was an annual service trip to make sure that all was ok and carry out any touch up required. We will certainly use them on future projects.
Lee and his team completed a first class job on building our new orangery. All that we requested from design and choice of materials was achieved.Gary and Angela in Offerton
