Refunds Manager made it easier and simpler for our company to get refunds from Amazon for lost merchandise, excessive fees, lost inventory and much more. Refunds Manager has been great. I don’t need to do anything. Cha ching almost everyday I just keep getting refunds as they file claims. At the end of the month I pay them their minimal fee. I don’t even feel it except when I get the refund. Love it!!!

Thank you for your review! Most of the cases for the last 18 months are submitted within the first few weeks. After that cases might slow down for sometime, and then start back up. Amazon requires us to wait a certain amount of time for each case which is why there is a delay.
