Where do I even begin? Tim has been so instrumental in not only navigating us throughout this new territory for us, but also an extremely knowledgeable and personable professional. Every single question we posed was answered in a timely manner. No question was too silly or he never minded explaining things sometimes 2-3x until we fully got it.
