The absolute worst customer service and such an expensive program for very little value. They constantly harass you for renewal and payment but then when you need something can't help or take forever to do anything There are much better and lower cost options out there for FDA registration. Their representative Joe was very rude. When I asked to cancel and a refund for the 4 remaining months he stated my reason was weak and he would not do that. Terrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

FSVP Compliance - Registrar SCAM

I reached out to Registrar to help with FSVP compliance. Once I paid them, stop hearing from them. I tried to reach out to them, no response. Sent multiple emails and made many phone calls, no response. They are terrible at what they do. I asked for paperwork needed for the FDA, nothing was given in response. Overcharged for some paperwork I cannot use for my next FDA inspection for FSVP compliance. You are better off figuring it out on your own or going to another company. Super disappointed.

Exceptionally rude representative

I have never had such a disappointing experience with a partner. Julie was exceptionally rude and dismissive over the phone—she even hung up on me. This behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As the first point of contact for your company, such conduct is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I sincerely hope the call was recorded so that a senior manager can review what just happened.
