About this business
Digital evidence has grown 10–100x in the last decade — body-worn cameras on every officer, dash cams on every car, smartphones and doorbells recording every incident, and hours of 911, jail calls, and interviews in every case. But legal and law enforcement teams have not grown 10–100x with it, making it impossible to fully review cases with the time and staff available.Rev is the only economic way to keep pace. Our platform combines industry-leading speech recognition with AI that cites its sources, so every result is accurate, verifiable, and tied directly to the original file. We keep humans firmly in control — AI never replaces judgment, it supports it — giving legal and law enforcement professionals the clarity and time they need to make fair, informed decisions. And when precision matters most, optional human review adds an extra layer of assurance.Built with strict security protocols (CJIS, HIPAA, and SOC2) and zero data sharing with third party LLMs, Rev helps teams find the truth faster, move cases forward with confidence, and spend less of their lives stuck in playback and paperwork — while keeping responsibility for judgment exactly where it belongs: with them. The bottomline: Rev delivers fewer overtime hours, fewer missed details, faster case movement, and more sustainable workloads for the people responsible for applying judgment in the moments that matter the most.

Super fast and accurate turnaround.
Perfectly done!
Perfectly done, very high accuracy level considering the poor quality of the audio recording. You exceeded my expectations yet again, thank you.
Quick turnaround for scc/srt files!
I needed closed captioning scc/srt files for a pilot I produced. Rev.com was affordable, convenient, and delivered the files quickly. Like, in two hours! Will use again and would highly recommend.

Oscar Ready
I was novice to this requirement for AMPAS (Oscars) screening room. I was informed my selection was wrong and the tech. representative got me on the right track. I was pleased on the result and I even got an e-mail from AMPAS I was good to go. Who knows you might even see my film in short list for 'action-live' short films! Thanks for the fast turnaround and the quality result. - David Henry Production
Excellent turn around and quality
"Work from anywhere"Logo is not true!
I was very excited at first when I learned bout Rev.com and told myself it can be my first freelancer experience but was shocked when I see the statement "We are not currently accepting applications from your location" right underneath their logo saying "work from anywhere"! very untrustworthy and feel a bit racist too :(
Great Job
Great job! Transcription was spot on. My subject spoke very fast (and a lot!); I even had trouble keeping up during the interview. Really impressed with Rev. Thank you for an excellent job.

Timely, professional, and as accurate as possible~but, frankly speaking, the increased fee is becoming a burden for me so I have to reduce my use of Rev.com to the extent that only when it's absolutely necessary.

Fast, Accurate, and Reliable
We had several interviews that needed transcribing and Rev had them transcribed clearly and accurately in less than 2 days. I've used Rev before, and I'll use them again. They are my "go to" transcription service. I recommend them to all of the qualitative dissertation students.
