used to be good, it's abusive now
I joined this platform more than 7 years ago, I have experience both as a customer and as a tester with them during this time. From then on, they have really gone south! They used to pay the testers weekly now it i bi-weekly, they purchased a a few competitors that I was also working with as a tester and the process of syncing their website to the competitotr's is anything but smooth, if i reject a test or if i am not qualified for a test , they keep popping up regardless causign chaos,! i complained to customer service about missing payment,s slow syc and some other issues and they replied to me after weeks with excuses that they could not help me or that the system had been fixed on its own after weeks without any explanations! It used to be you got paid dolalr by dolla rmenaing 10$ for 10-15 minutes of time, $30 for half an hour and $60 for an hour, $90 for 1.5 hours of interviews, but now they're abusing the platform with lots of $1 tests that take up to 30 minutes at times and $10 tests which take up to 45 minutes to complete! unfortunatly this platfom ha sbecome big on the paper but is horrible to work with as spending time to find eligible tests i snot about desynchronizing the tests you have already rejected before! they used to be good, now they r just corportae trying to maximize profit!
