Usertesting Proving Untrustworthy

I have been using usertesting.com, but they just deactivated my account for no reason. They have a new "Surveys" section, and the site has been wonky ever since they introduced it. This morning, I logged in and all of the Surveys that I had done were mass canceled. Then, without notice or reason, my account was deactivated. I used to enjoy using this site, but they are becoming very untrustworthy. Not only have they canceled my account without providing cause, but they are also trying to get out of paying me for several tests that I did for them. Update: Doing this since I can't reply to usertesting's response. I DID reach out through their support system and got no response. Poor customer service from a dishonest company. It's unfortunate. I would avoid them at all costs.
