Terrible customer service, I had ordered a bunch of équipement and paid $75.00 just for DHL shipping to get it within 3 to 5 days max because it was extremely urgent. Well I had ordered it on the 21th and 3 days after still not shipped and I have never received the merchandise!!!! Fortunately I had passed the order with PayPal. Long story short, don’t go with these monkey heads they are good at taking the money for you, they also have Facebook messenger system but no one is responding!!!!! Avoid as much as you can!!!

Normally we will ship out order in 2 days after the order is confirmed, it will take 5/7 working days to deliver by DHL. As we tracked your order, you made the order on Jan. 21, we shipped out goods on Jan. 22 and the tracking number was updated on Jan 23. If you view your order, you can find that info all updated in time.
We also replied to you via Facebook Messenger on our duty time asap. You sent your request on Saturday Midnight and we replied to you on Monday morning, which is our working day. Please consider the time difference problem may lead to some delay.

Send you faulty items, ask you to ship back at your cost, then they want you to pay for shipping for the replacements
Replacments arrive which are also faulty !!! its at this point we refuse to spend any more time with them. There reply sorry please send back again and they promise to get it right, so pay for 4 lots of shipping in the hope they might get it right for the 3rd time, no thank you.
Many better suppliers out there.

Agree with other review. They send you faulty items say they investiage and there final repsonse is we checked and there in nothing wrong so we cannot do anything.
Wacth their videos learn from them but DONT buy from them as you WILL get issues and they waste your time .
in reposnse to follow up posted by rewa, we spent hours on whatsapp , i emailed you loads and you did nothing.
