Excellent Customer Service! I can't stress enough how much of a pleasure it was working with Katrina (Rep) and Eric (Design)! They helped us navigate a few prototypes and gave us suggestions on how best to bring our ideas to life. 110% satisfied with my custom bags and can't wait to till I have to order more!
