Leo was excellent during our planning process. He was very responsive to my needs and pivoted quickly to provide complete quotes. He had our entire trip planned within a couple of hours and made the decision process as easy as possible. I can’t recommend him enough.

Eric has always been great to work with in accommodating our needs/wants.
The package was convenient, but support was slow
The package made it easier to organize the trip, but getting answers about changes and included services took longer than expected. Some information in the documents was not as clear as it should have been, and I had to follow up more than once. The trip itself still went ahead, but better communication before departure would have reduced a lot of uncertainty.
Derek is great to work with
Derek is great to work with. He found the perfect location for our family and we just booked trip number 2 with him. He takes the hard work out of looking at locations and amenities and found one that made everyone happy and was a within our budget as well.
