Hi Yulia, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience. We would like to clarify that the service you purchased was carried out in full accordance with our quality standards and established workflow. Our Citation Editing service focuses on reviewing and correcting citations and providing detailed guidance to help students implement any necessary changes. We understand that you had certain expectations regarding the service, and we appreciate that it can be frustrating when expectations are not fully aligned with what the service provides. That is why we have already communicated privately with you to address your concerns. At Scribbr, we strive to ensure that all services are delivered professionally and in line with our guidelines, while also being transparent about what each service includes. We are happy that we were able to find a solution with you. Cheers, Matteo & the Scribbr team

Hi S.C., Thanks for leaving a review and sharing your feedback with other Scribbr users. We are sorry to learn that you're not satisfied with our Plagiarism Checker. The free version of the Plagiarism Checker tells you the risk of plagiarism in your document and provides a preliminary evaluation of the level of AI-generated content in your document as well as language errors in your text. When you upgrade to the paid version, you can access the complete overview of results. The idea of the free check is to give a preview so you can make an informed decision on whether upgrading is useful for them. We would also like to clarify that Scribbr does not label anyone’s writing style as "poor.” The language feedback you encountered comes from our AI Proofreader, which is included with the plagiarism report. It highlights things like punctuation, clarity, or opportunities to make sentences more concise. As a result, the number of “issues” shown can sometimes reflect small technical points (such as commas or phrasing) rather than problems with the quality of the writing itself. We certainly don’t question your academic background or experience, and we’re sorry if the feedback came across that way. If you’d like, we’d be happy to take a closer look at what you saw and clear things up. You can reach us at [email protected]. We're happy to help! Cheers, Stella & the Scribbr team

Dear Gaven, Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to read that you appreciate our Citation Generator. Sometimes though, citing the source manually is best indeed. There are so many sources on the internet that it cannot cite everything perfectly. We are nonetheless sorry to learn that you're not entirely satisfied with our AI Detector. I can understand that the result of the AI Detector can be a little misleading sometimes. Please note that AI detection software products are still under development and do not yet provide a definite assessment. Scribbr has written several articles on this. We would therefore like to point out that somewhat unclear results should always be judged subjectively. Please know that we are working diligently to improve the AI detector and help achieve better results. Your feedback helps us to do this and will be taken into account, thank you very much. :) Should there be anything else we can do for you, do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help! Cheers, Stella & the Scribbr team
