I cannot say enough good things about the Semka Health products. I have used the Sleep, Pain, and Focus products, and I have been very impressed with the results. I experience foot pain from plantar fasciitis, which often causes painful foot cramps. When I apply the Pain product topically, the cramping subsides within minutes. The Sleep product helps me get a restful night's sleep without leaving me feeling groggy the next morning. The Focus product helps me stay alert, focused, and productive throughout the day. Overall, these are excellent products, and I highly recommend them!
I've been a loyal customer for Semka as soon as I found their products because they work! I personally use Pain, Sleep, and Be Well the most but Focus has also come in handy when I need it to!
I'm a very active person and love to be outside whenever the weather is nice. From gardening, landscaping, and outdoor sports, you will find me soaking up the sun! Pain helps me to continue to keep doing what I love, so after a hard day of work, I'll take a dropper full at night before bed and then again in the morning. This routine keeps me free of pain to allow me to continue doing what I love!
Sleep is always my next go-to and use it the night after a restless sleep. I find it calms my mind and allows me to stay asleep after a night of struggling to do so. One dropper full 30 minutes before bed is a guarantee for a good night's sleep for me!
Be Well is my favorite tincture to take during the cold, winter months or when I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I notice that I typically recover faster than just "riding it out". I don't like taking medications because I know my body will eventually get used to them and they will no longer work. But with the Be Well tincture, I know I'm giving my body more of what it already produces naturally to help me recover faster!
I absolutely love Semka's products and if you have been looking for something that works, priced fairly, and has honest third-party testing...Semka Health is it!

Amazing CBD for Sleep and Senior Dog Mobility"
Semka Health has been a total game changer for both me and my senior dog.
I use their CBD tincture for my 13-year-old pitbull, especially when she needs help relaxing at night or when I have to board her. As she's gotten older, she’s become a little stiffer and more anxious. The CBD really helps her muscles relax and eases joint discomfort, so she can rest comfortably and move more easily. It's been a huge help in managing pain and mobility for an aging dog.
I also take Semka’s Sleep and Pain tinctures myself. I use a full dropper of each about 30 minutes before bed. I fall asleep easier, wake up feeling recovered, and my Oura ring consistently shows better deep sleep on the nights I take it. It’s the best CBD for sleep support I’ve tried, hands down.
The quality is top-tier, the dosing is consistent, and I appreciate that everything is third-party tested. If you're looking for CBD for dogs with arthritis or discomfort or just a solid CBD for sleep and recovery, I’d highly recommend Semka Health.
