Horrible company
Horrible company. I made a large purchase with them, one of their life size statues. I got points for the purchase, in an effort for them to build loyalty with customers. I had questions about the points, but by the time they got back to me they had "expired". So suffice it to say, I will NEVER BUY from them again. That 400 dollars in points they took away from me, will ensure me and my friend collectors will never buy from them again. Their customer service was also horrible.

High Quality and Flexibility, Extremely Trustworthy
The payment plans are really flexible and convenient and the quality and shipping are always top-notch. The rewards system is also nice, and you don't get too punished for cancellations. Their communication is also fantastic, you will always be informed of sales, waitlist opportunities, payments, and shipment updates and will always know what's happening with your item. I've also never once had something I pre-ordered be cancelled or not arrive, unlike I've experienced with other sites. This is the site I trust most.
He's beautiful (so to speak), but far from perfect.
He looks incredible and to just have him posed on a shelf, he fits the bill perfectly. Problem is he's very limited in articulation as he only has minor head movement, arms can go up and down and wrist rotate. No leg or ankle articulation at all and it would've helped because depending on how his arms are posed and if they're holding accessories, he may have a tendency to fall forward. Also the plastic he is molded in is a bit softer than expected and being that I live in AZ, when he first arrived he was pretty soft from his hot trip in the deliver truck and sitting on my porch for a short time. Overall, I love him and I'm not sorry that I ordered him. I also have Minch on order as well and I'm keeping that order.

Ive been a customer now for about 2+years and ive always had nothing but good experiences doing business with them.They make purchasing figures incredibly easy with their layaway plans(please never get rid of that option thank you sideshow and hot toys!🙂) and deliveries are always on point! Nothing is never broke and there isnt a need to fix anything!And for the record im not referring to any figures etc Keep up the great work sideshow!!!

I was disappointed
I was disappointed. I have been buying Sideshow statues for a very long time and have always been satisfied and very impressed. This looks like a $50 statue that you would get with a purchase of a video game. The detail is poor; the face looks like you phoned it in. You should be ashamed of this piece. I don't know what I will do with this, but I certainly won't have it on display.

I was on the fence but not anymore
I was on the fence as I am not a typical statue buyer, I mainly stick with Sideshows' premium figures. However I really liked the looks of this Batman statue, it reminded me of the Batman I grew up with. I feel lucky I got a chance to purchase this and am VERY happy with the statue. It is professionally made with PVC and ABS (not going to lie, I thought it was going to "feel" like cheap plastic as I didn't have anything to fall back on for an example but no, it feels nice and sturdy) and the detail is outstanding. Buying this has given me a different outlook on the premium statues Sideshow offers and I may ended up having a few more in my collection soon.
