Instructions weren't included, needed to print them online. No instructions on how to mount the lights. I suppose it should be intuitive, but it wasn't. Disappointed the top piece was not solid black on both sides. Had to make a decision on where to show the white side. Other than all that, nice piece.

Great product and the materials used to make the display case are good quality. The only complaint I would have is that it took over a year and a half to arrive. That is way to long when you are providing a product to a consumer.

Figures are great - the added-on costs are not...
I'm definitely happy with the figures I've purchased from Sideshow, and they are well packaged and arrive in good order. Notifications of impending orders shipping are appreciated, though once they leave the warehouse I have no idea of their whereabouts as I never receive tracking numbers. What's less great is that Sideshow won't combine orders for shipping, even when they're available at the same time. As an overseas customer, I am thus forced to pay double shipping costs to Australia which is extremely costly these days. I've also never understood why, as an overseas customer, I'm charged Californian sales tax on top of the cost of the figure - not to mention the extra tariffs courtesy of the orange chimpanzee. Both these things make buying from Sideshow an increasingly expensive proposition, which is a shame.

I’ve been collecting with Sideshow for decades. Always a pleasure and never any hiccups. This particular piece was on my radar for some time but I needed the right spot. That happened. As always, it was delivered without injury. It’s a beautiful piece and perfect for my collection. It is “add advertised”. Brilliant and perfect. I am ecstatic about this piece and I’m looking forward to many more. If you don’t have it but been pondering, I say get it asap before it’s gone.
