Reliable, great uptime and excellent service
We run a company in China providing logistics services to clients worldwide. Having a reliable host is a key metric for our business success. In the two years we have used Sinohosting, they have delivered in that regard. Recommended!
GO AWAY!!! WORST I HAVE NEVER SEEN
Like IT manager I almost beeing fired because of them: We hosted all our company email on their server with the most high package: They BLOCK ALL ACCOUNT of the domain for at least one hour each time ONE USER do 5 successive non delivery failure. GO AWAY! Their support team seems to be guys in india or somewhere you can get some cheaper call center service just with a list of question /answer. They are unable to check any technical issue, just trying to save time with advice like "please change all your accounts passwords...". DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED: Terrible Service and Unreliable Hosting
We have a business hosting package with Sinohosting therefore we expect that server uptime will be close to 99%. However, they suspended our account completely for 3 days, claiming we had an overdue invoice, which the invoice number didn't match anything we'd ever been charged for. It took three days for this to be resolved, resulting in our business to suffer rather severe damages as our entire platform was online - we WERE paying for a business package, right? Their customer support defaults to two guys in India, who will only send you standard replies along the lines of "we've received your request we'll get back to you soon". Its almost as though nobody actually works in their Hong Kong office. In the past, we'd also received PHP memory errors as they limited accessible memory to 32M !!!! How can hosts even do that anymore? I would highly recommend avoiding choosing Sinohosting unless you want to risk having your website down for days and dealing with the frustration of nobody answering phones at their offices in HK or Shanghai and not being able to control your domain or website. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.
Unreliable, no customer support
Don't use these guys - terrible hosting service, and then haven't been able to contact customer support at all
