Paid for three piece order and only received 2 pockets and have not been given update on missing pocket. Where is my center pocket for 2012 jeep jk 2 door? Refund me difference not happy with customer service. Would not recommend they took my money it's been two weeks have not heard back.

Love the console pocket, changing out the netting….although the instructions sent in the package stated to go to the webpage for installation instructions…..when there it only shows how to change the door pockets…did a search on YouTube to locate instructions….should have put a link to connect vs have to search and not know what/where to go….wasted time that’s all
Love that you have an amazing solution to the non-functional Jeep mesh pockets. They were so easy to install and look like they were factory installed.
First of all, this is an extremely nice product. I have thought about this purchase for a while simply because I liked the look of the door pockets. My factory door nets finally just wore out and were an eyesore.
Purchase was painless, and my items arrived one day ahead of the shipping estimate. The packaging was nice and secure.
Installation was a breeze. I used a sharp pocketknife to remove the factory netting and simply snapped the new JKpockets into place.
This company has great communication, prompt shipment, and followup. I think their product is overpriced for what it is. They should at least offer free shipping for charging what they sell.
I detested those net pockets and could not wait to purchase and install the Slickrockgear pockets! I think it elevates the look inside. I watched the video that was suggested regarding the installation. It wasn't too bad. I had a little difficulty getting two of the pockets to snap in at the one corner, but that's because I was concerned about breaking them and do not have a lot of upper body strength. They look GREAT and I'm so happy with these pockets!!!
My experience was great, not only do the rock guards look great on my yfz450 but they are made very well. They shipped super fast and received quick. Super happy with my overall experience! Definitely recommend, look way better then stock.
I ordered two items and only got one.
Unable to reach anyone for customer service. They don’t answer their phone and you can’t leave a message. Their contact us email form says they will return your email within 24 hours but it’s been six days now and I have not heard from anyone.

I apologize for the delay in responding. We had some issues with our phone and have been getting a lot of spam so some valid messages got skipped. I reached out and refunded you for one of the pockets. The other will ship today.
Specific information about how to install the lower dashboard part would have kept me from breaking a piece of my Jeep trim. Should be with the part, not searching for the right YouTube video fir help.

All is fine. Customer service. Delivery. Installation not hard after viewing videos and reading Slick Rock Gear instructions online. My sole disappointment is the J K Pocket “badging”. Not shown in pics online. I don’t really like it. Afraid to try to remove as it might leave a mark.
