SnowPak

3rd time using SnowPak

They make it easy to book the trip we want at the best price.

Easier than saying the word ski

Snowpak made planning a skiing trip easier than saying the word ski. The vacation plans/options were many to choose from and at very affordable prices. They staff were in contact with me at multiple times leading to the day of the trip to confirm details and that all relevant parties are informed of my trip. Would definitely recommend it to friend and would consider it for future skiing trips.

The website has been very easy to use

The website has been very easy to use! I liked that I was able to go ahead and set up ski rentals. I hope the experience is as good as this website makes it seem!!

Convenient centralized booking that overlooks no detail

This was the first time I’d organized a ski trip for my family that required air travel, and I was worried about attending to all the details. But SnowPak put my mind at ease within minutes of finding their website. SnowPak’s well-organized website allowed for comparison shopping and informed selection of lodging options, and made purchasing the lift tickets easy. Their courteous staff even contacted me by phone two weeks before the trip for final verification of arrival times and to see if I had any last-minute questions - which was a big stress-reliever. My biggest worry was transport to and from the airport with our group (and all our luggage and equipment), but SnowPak made that step effortless. The transit service had us loaded into a roomy shuttle bus within 15 minutes of collecting our baggage at the airport. And on the day of departure they picked us up on schedule and with more than enough time to check our bags and relax a bit before boarding the plane home. Will definitely use SnowPak again and I highly recommend them if you’re planning a ski trip - especially if it’s your first one! You

Absolute best way to book a ski trip

SnowPak made it super easy from even before the reservation was confirmed. They have an excellent support team ready to answer quickly. On the trip everything went smoothly. They called a few days before to confirm everything with us and sent us our confirmation numbers for shuttle, hotel, rentals, and lift tickets. I would 100% book with them again and recommend them to everyone.

Convenient, Friendly Service

SnowPak was easy to book with and very organized. We booked our trip during Thanksgiving for spring break time. It was easy to book online, we received all the information we needed timely, and our trip went smoothly! It was great having everything booked for us with just one place (didn't have to search for hotels, lift tickets, and rentals separately). They answered all my questions and check with us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience!
