The property that I interested in mentioned that on-site parking was limited. So I used the chat feature and ask a question about parking. The respondent did not know the answer. So she contact the property directly and got and answer. - I went back and booked the condo unit. - online booking was pretty simple - the itinerary/confirmation email provided all the information that I need to make my check in process run smooth.
