This was the third time I ordered a shower curtain from Society6. Each time I have been trilled with the quality of the shower curtain. The colors are beautiful and just as vibrant as seen online. The 3 pillows I ordered are beautiful and well made. I initially only received one of the three pillows ordered, but fortunately Society6 sent me the 2 missing items after I contacted them.

The reason I'm leaving a 5-star review is because there was great customer service throughout the whole process. One of my orders was delayed because of printing issues, but customer service did their best to give updates. I then had some issues with processing the return online, and again customer service was prompt in helping me resolve my return. The quality of the print and frames themselves are great. I've order from Society6 several times, and have always been happy with the product.

The design of the towels I ordered was really pretty and would work well on my home however, I have never seen worse quality ever. Thin and even “scuff” during shipping.

The ends curl up and i had a hip replacement and tripped on one of the corners. These need to be sewn different. When you step on the smaller ones the ends pop up and don't go down. We took them out. I cant afford to fall.

The shower curtain was a big disappointment. It was a poor reproduction of the piece it was supposed to copy. The colors were pale and inaccurate and not at all as was pictured on line. I will be returning it. In addition the shower curtain’s delivery was delayed by over a month.

Such a beautiful print and the colors were vibrant just like the online photo. Only disappointing part was it appeared the printing might have been off because there was random dark areas of color and I even tried rubbing it off with cleaner but it wouldn’t come out. Kind of makes the bottom look dirty and stained.

I didn’t love my item but I cannot say anything better about their customer service team. Very very accommodating, quick responses, understanding and support to make things right. I would purchase from them again just for knowing they care to make things right if needed.
