Well, made a reservation when I went to get unit I was informed that they did not have a unit for me!!! I've already gave move date to storage I have now

Very professional and somewhat easy to do
Everything was so easy signing up for y storage, even the lease agreement was al done online and I received confirmation and all the information to get into my storage and access to it as well.
My experience with SpareFoot was extremely disappointing. When I reserved the storage unit, the phone representative pressured me to pay a fee upfront and made it sound like payment was required to keep my reservation. When I arrived at the storage facility, additional fees appeared that had never been clearly disclosed. The facility also claimed that I had signed a lease, even though I never knowingly reviewed or signed one. The manager at the storage location then told me I did not need to pay the upfront fee and that my reservation would have remained active without it—directly contradicting what SpareFoot’s phone representative told me. Customers deserve clear pricing, accurate information, and the opportunity to review any agreement before being told they signed it. Based on my experience, I would recommend contacting the storage facility directly and getting every charge in writing before paying SpareFoot anything.

I used SpareFoot to find storage. I checked out using SpareFoot website. The Public Storage location SpareFoot recommended was terrible. I was not able to move-in, and instead had to rent another storage for double the money. I tried calling Public Storage to cancel the reservation the same day, they transfer calls directly to the location, which in my case no one was there for hours. Now, Public Storage will not refund me, and SpareFoot says they have nothing to do with payments when they took the payment. The entire thing is setup like a scam to take your money whether you are able to use the storage or not.
