No response from support regarding the transfer of my Bitcoin mined funds to my wallet. I've sent multiple emails and followed their rules. I have not gotten any answers. Update: 1/25/26 After speaking via their official Telegram Chat, and 6 hours, no resolution was done. They are basically holding my BTC hostage until I deposit more BTC to their supposed "Bot."
