I am very happy with the service I received from Speadshirts. My original order was shipped incorrectly, I contacted the customer service team and they immediately sent a replacement order. Very good support.

Great custom products! I appreciate that it was easy to look up my orders from before and customize the items I was getting this time around. Shipping was fast and all the items are good quality. I love that they offer volume discounts too!
Really generous return policy
The print quality is meh and the only really good thing is the return policy because they're offering free returns for custom T-Shirts which they cant resell so they're losing money but I would definetly recommend you try this website because it can definetly be cool if you dont really care about the print quality because their return policy is great I would recommend.

I’m embarrassed to give these supposed…
I’m embarrassed to give these supposed hoodies. The kid one is flimsy. The adult one is flimsy and no finished edges and no pouch pocket which should be on ALL hoodies. I will not give these as gifts to my family. Totally disgusted

Impressively bad
The different sizes of shirts warped each image. What is your QA department even doing? 0/10 You would think they would actually check a $700+ order.

Quick shipping but I thought the hat was embroidered.. has that look in the pictures where the hat just has a printed image.

The item is as advertised, and I am delighted with this purchase.
Just avoid if you are from Canada
At first, customer support was very good. I placed an order for 4 items, 3 of which were denied and 1 ( ceramic cup) was approved and shipped. At this point, I contacted Customer Service and the agent was nice enough to refund the shipping so I can re-order (shipping was $19.99 and for 1 item seems very steep and I asked why wasn't it confirmed if I still want the order to go through if they're only shipping 1 item). Now here's where the issue and headache begins. When I received the ceramic mug, I was charged $26.27 in duties. I thought I was shopping at a Canadian site, but shipped from the US, I thought "oh well, it is what it is, lesson learned" so I paid. Going home, I was wondering why there is $26.27 in duties for a $16 cup. I looked at the receipt and it shows that Spreadshirt put in that the order also contains 2 other items (shirts/sweatshirt) that was $40 and $60 (which was denied so not shipped). So CBSA decides to tax that on top of the ceramic cup. I contacted Spreadshirt and their response was "Sorry, contact courier to dispute"... Now I'm down more money because I need to physically mail the form which I had to pay out of pocket for a mistake Spreadshirt made to dispute and I'm not even sure if the dispute will be approved. With that being said, the ceramic cup and print quality is good and initial customer service agent was great. But the ending left a sour taste. Purchase at your own risk.
