I wish I could give less than 1 star

I wish I could give less than 1 star, but that's not an option. My experience with Square Yards has been extremely disappointing. Before the booking, they were very responsive and made several promises. However, once the booking was completed, there was virtually no support. The commitments they made turned out to be false, and I was left to deal with the issues on my own. I am now stuck with two units, and because of the delays and lack of assistance, my family, including my kids, has been under tremendous stress. The entire experience has been frustrating and emotionally exhausting. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to verify every promise in writing and not rely solely on verbal assurances before making any booking. The representatives I dealt with were Jai Surya, Anand, and Rohit, and I am deeply disappointed with how my case was handled. This version is more credible because it focuses on your experience and avoids statements that could be interpreted as factual accusations without supporting evidence.

It’s been great experience working with entire team from Square Yards. I really liked the connect with multiple people at various stages, from site visits, to explaining the project details, financials, loans , CRM managements.. all was seamless and an excellent experience. Nuisance

I have never interacted with this company, but i am disturbed by repetitive untimely calls for unasked real estate offers from different numbers. Are our details so easily available to any such shit? When a company collaborates with data brokers, you can be rest assured they have no ethics or standards.
