Good experience. But some information missing regarding power backup(I got this information that no power backup is in the society after shifted to my room). The room was not deep cleaned, only normal normal wash.

Worst experience from your employees expecially mangesh , ibrahim and Rohan who is looking after property name Delta house in Nesco goregaon give time to show flat in for Air BNB and then later they dont turn up and not even pick up calls all three of them this is my first experience with square yard which became worst experience because they did this twice .

Worst Service Experience Ever – Highly Disappointed I purchased a “Trusted Partner” lead package in Feb 2026 through Mr. Ajeet Yadav at their Urbana office, Gurgaon. At the time of sale, there were strong commitments made regarding guaranteed lead support and service quality. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be completely false. Once the payment was received, both Mr. Ajeet Yadav and the assigned account manager stopped responding. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls and emails, there has been no proper response or resolution even after 3 months. Customer care has also been unhelpful, with repeated calls leading to no action. It feels like this is just another tactic to generate revenue by selling small packages without delivering any real value or service. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Companies like 99acres and Housing are far ahead in terms of service, transparency, and accountability.
