Ordered will not get here in time for Valentine’s Day hopefully the st Patrick’s day top will make it in time. When checking tracking was told it wasn’t correct number I checked and tripled checked it and it is what I put on form. I have sent messages to both the uk email and ssunu email. Very poor customer service.
My order was correct, however the size I ordered is way too big. There is no receipt in the package for return instructions.
Please advise me as to how to return this order.

Super shirt and sweater top.................Altho I wear mediums usually, I ordered large and they seem to fit quite well. The best part is they bright and cheery like the pictures and the material is so comfortable to wear.

One of the tops fit perfectly. It was not what I was expecting, but I like it anyway.
The other one, the hoodie, did not fit well, but I will keep it anyway to wear after I lose weight.
It took longer than expected to receive my order, but I finally got it.
I liked everything about the experience except that the pictures are not very helpful. They only show the front they don’t show the sides or back and one of the items that I ordered look completely different in the picture than it looks when I got it in the mail. It seems like all the items are well constructed and I’m happy with them except that I would not have ordered that one top if I could’ve seen the whole look of it from the back as well as the front.
Not impressed. The clothing I ordered is nice enough, but overpriced. The quality is comparable to Walmart fashion. Also it took weeks to arrive, so if you need something fast, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
It took about a month to receive the product which I thought strange since the products are made in South Carolina and I live in Virginia and the products were shipped from Los Angeles. I was beginning to think it was a fraudulent site. But finally the clothing arrived and I was delighted with the product. I love the shirts. As such, I will definitely order again. The products are unique. The 2 shirts I ordered are somewhat Bohemian in style. The fabric has a soft warm lining that makes it great for cold weather. To sum it up, the product took a long time arriving, but when it did, I was very pleased with it. I will order again but I would like to know why it took a month to get to me if made in the USA and from only 2 states away.
I love the sweaters I bought. I absolutely love the hooded sweater jasket as well as the open sweater I bought. My friends so far love the one sweater withe stars on it. So soft and warm
