I ordered a wheelset and endcaps through Starbike from the U.S. My experience was great. Everything was packaged carefully and tracked well. The only downside is I made a mistake with the endcaps that I ordered, but I will likely just eat that cost due to the cost and practicality of shipping or buying new ones. I recommend triple checking part numbers the best you can, as it was confusing as to which part was correct based on the website. I've ordered the part directly from the manufacturer to minimize the shipping/cost/logistics.

I bought some Deda Alanera RS…

I bought some Deda Alanera RS handlebars. This was my second purchase. The prices are hard to beat. The shipping was overseas from Germany to USPS. Tracking updates were great. Shipping took a little longer due to the Christmas season, but the bars arrived safely. I will definitely consider Starbike for future purchases and can recommend them highly.

Starbike is great place to purchase bike accessories. I bought the TRP EVO DH-R brakes at the very best deal compared to all other places. I was a bit worried ordering anything from overseas. The communication is great. Lukas is very responsive and kept me update on shipment status. This is a trusty company and I highly recommend. I went back and purchased another set of TRPs for my other bike.

The delivery to Australia takes a little longer but that's not a problem for me, especially when you can track the items. Products are well-priced and, importantly, well packaged! Also, some high cost items (like wheels etc) mean I have to pay a local tax. DHL contacts me about this when my order arrives into Australia and it's all run very smoothly. I'll definitely keep using Starbike.

Awful service

Awful service. Extremely rude. Brought a bike in to get the tire pumped up and wanted to ask a simple question and his response was “ don’t even bother asking if you’ve bought the bike cheap offline and not in my store otherwise I will be charging £30 for me to look at it” all I wanted was to see if I had put the brake on the right way. Will never use this shop again and certainly will not recommend it to anyone Awful rude service

Cross Continent Purchase, Fast Shipping

Just want to leave my review for Starbike.com. I was skeptical from reading bad reviews. However, my actual purchase said different. Here is the actual timeline: Nov 22 which is Friday made a purchase . Since they don't ship on weekends and website said it take 1-3 business days to ship so the order was shipped on Wed Nov 27. Nov 29 shipped out of Germany. On Dec 2nd arrived in Shanghai, China. On Nov 4th got notify ready for pick up. Nov 5 go to post office and process take the package home. To be honest, the shipping is very fast consider it being shipped across Continent. The price included shipping and tax is cheaper than buying it domestically. The package is intact but I was expecting a thicker cardboard box considering international shipping. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and speed of shipping.

Good price, quick delivery. If you're ordering from the UK, beware of HMRC overcharging you for Customs Duty. I was overcharged ~£80 for a chainset, and I will now have to claim it back from HMRC. No criticism of Starbike though, who classified the item correctly (Commodity Code). Even with the Customs Duty, the item was cheaper than I could get it anywhere in the UK.

J'ai commandé des roues Mavic Ksyrium SL chez Starbike. Les roues sont comme prévu de Mavic, de bonne qualité à un prix raisonnable. La commande a été émise rapidement de l'Allemagne vers la France. Une fois arrivé en France, le courrier était La Poste (Colissimo), ce qui est une organisation désastreuse. La livraison a fini par être retardée suite à l'incompétence de Colissimo. Si Starbike ne pouvait pas utiliser La Poste (Colissimo.) cela serait apprécié. Ordered Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels from Starbike. Wheels are as expected from Mavic, good quality at a reasonable price. Order was issued promptly from Germany to France. Once it arrived in France the courier was La Poste (Colissimo) which is a disaster of an organisation. The delivery ended up being delayed due to Colissimo's incompetence. If Starbike could not use La Poste (Colissimo.) it would be appreciated.

UK Order over £135 - ⚠️ DONT !

If you order is over 135 pounds and you are ordering from the UK don't order through Starbike. What looked like a promising saving on the component turned into a £71.98 custom charge agony..... and it would have been 30/40 quid cheaper overall just getting it from a UK supplier Orders under this value in GBP MAY be ok aka may avoid custom charge's Delivery time was 1.5 weeks which is fine. Part is great. Just the ⏫️ You've been warned
