The rings are so beautiful and they came in a gorgeous velvet coffin shaped box that absolutely I adore! When we lost the box with our luggage StarlandUS was kind enough to replace it! I ordered an earring and it's a very pretty earring however it is extremely small. Like ridiculously so, that being said I'm happy with the purchase and it's my own fault for not checking now that being said if someone is spending $400 usd for one earring it shouldn't be the size of your pinky finger nail. Also the insane amount of packaging that talks about engagement rings when I ordered an earring. I can't even gift it in the nice packaging without them thinking I might propose. (No I don't want compensation or a reply or a discount and this is just my experience)

They make an excellent product that is very customizable and are willing to work with you on any customization not selectable on their webstore Company website communicates well and is upfront about the time it will take to fulfill your order.
The order took more than 1.5 months to arrive from the order date. My ring was supposed to be engraved but did not arrive with the engraving. When I reached out to ask about a resolution they asked for proof, which I provided. After which they apologized 'that the engraving was not as visible as I hoped' - ridiculous - more like it was not visible because you did not engrave it. Just own the mistake. Then they proceeded to suggest that I take it to a local jewelry store to get it engraved and send them the receipt to reimburse me. Terrible way to conduct business. Never again.

The ring is beautiful and the case it came in is amazing, my fiancé loves it. The only thing that I could say that could be added to service is a preview option. During the customization process you kind of have to guess how it’ll turn out but it is still amazing. You put a lot of detail into it.
The ring is gorgeous, great communication and the preview video sent prior to final polishing is an excellent touch. Only negative is that since it's online you don't have the opportunity to select the stone yourself.
After purchasing my 3 piece engagement set through starlandus my fiance (who said yes and absolutely loved her ring set ) was on a health journey at the time and lost 40lbs needed her rings re-sized down a whole size. It was a worry of mine to have to send the ring back through the mail so I reached out to starlandus and they informed me that I could have my local jeweler do the re-sizing and starlandus would reimburse the cost. I took the ring set to zales jeweler in which they charged $75.99 per ring and due to each ring have been engraved along the band it was an additional $46.79 per ring to re-engrave each ring with a grand total of $368.34. To my surprise starlandus not only reimbursed the amount for the ring sizing but also the amount to have each ring re-engraved. I couldnt believe and all the ladies at Zales where amazed by the ring itself saying they'd never seen such a unique and beautifully cut ring. Thank you starlandus your the best.
The wedding set we got is absolutely gorgeous. The setting is very high quality and really beautiful. We wanted something unique and unlike anything we looked at in stores and this alexandrite engagement set definitely fits the bill. Jimmy was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process and the final result is spectacular. I would most definitely purchase more jewelry from this company.
As soon as I seen the design, I couldn’t get any other option. The quality is great and very very happy with the outcome. Trust the process with everything being handmade, takes longer, but worth the wait!
