6x9 Teal Pear cut Moissanite Vivian ring
The ring came in premium packaging and is absolutely stunning. It fires rainbow lasers and the build appears to be precise. The ring is smaller in person than I anticipated and the band a little thin, but even so it commands attention with its sparkle and shine. I had to alter my initial order because I got the ring size wrong. My email to support was responded to within hours and the ring size was able to be updated no problem. I asked for pictures of the stone to get a better idea of its exact color and was provided a short HD video. I had asked to see a picture of the ring before it shipped, mainly because I was impatiently waiting for the reveal, but I did not receive a picture of the final product. The ring took about 3 and half weeks from order to delivery through a non-rush order. Would recommend to friends and family. My only concern is the longevity of the ring with how thin the band is.

The service and updates were great through the entire process but when she opened the box and tried her rings on it was exactly how we hoped it would be. Moreso. The pictures were beautiful but seeing the stones and settings in person with the immaculate detail and gorgeous colors come out in various lighting exceeds every expectation. I could not be happier with this ring. The photos are beautiful, but they honestly do not capture how striking it is in person. The deep red garnet, black-gold setting, coffin-shaped design, and intricate bat-wing details come together perfectly. It is dark, romantic, elegant, and completely unique. The craftsmanship and small details are exceptional, and the ring feels every bit as special as the occasion it was purchased for. We experienced a stressful delay with UPS just days before my proposal, and Jimmy went above and beyond to help. He responded with genuine compassion, took the situation seriously, and offered several incredibly generous solutions to make sure the proposal would not be ruined—even though the shipping problem was ultimately outside the store’s control. Thankfully, UPS located the package and the ring arrived in time. Opening it and finally seeing it in person made the entire experience worth it. It is absolutely awesome, and I know she is going to love it. StarlandUS clearly cares about both its work and its customers. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from Starland. It is beyond beautiful but came with a flaw in the stone. These things happen with natural stones. I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement stone immediately and covered the stone resetting. My ring is absolutely perfect, I get compliments on it every day really. I am so thrilled my fiancé found a place to get me something unique and very "me". All the rings are gorgeous but I would definitely say if your are an adult goth who wants something unique but not cheesy and extremely high quality, this is the place!
