Bought some copper from StoneMania. Their communication is excellent!! I was impressed by the honesty and integrity shown - they were able to post my order at a cheaper option and instead of pocketing the extra cash they refunded me the money saved. I would highly recommend Lawrence and the team!!

My crystals arrived the next day - sent by first class mail, although I hadn't paid for that! They are lovely, very good quality, and with little bags. My only niggle is the amount of packaging material - they aren't that delicate!

We try not to use more packaging than necessary but have had stones break in the past when a parcel hasn't been handled carefully. As a result we do tend to be a little more cautious We re-use as much packaging as possible for padding purposes and only use recycled materials which can in turn be recycled. I was looking for a lapis lazuri cabochon for my mum's 85th birthday present for a long time and could not find the quality-price balance anywhere until I accidentally stumbled across StoneMania. The pictures are very clear and large enough to see the stone and when mine arrived I could see that they were a true representation of the colour and pattern. The customer service is exemplary, I was notified of the item dispatch through Watssap and email and the item arrived safely packed. It took a bit longer that your usual amazon-prime-type delivery, but I was happy to wait, as I felt my custom is important to them and my order is looked after. I will definitely check them in the future for more beautiful stones!
