I spent over 7,700 NIS on SkinCeuticals products from StrawberryNet between May and August 2025. Several serums arrived oxidized and unusable, and a cream was manufactured in 2023 and close to expiry.

Several serums arrived oxidized and unusable, and a cream was manufactured in 2023 and close to expiry. When I contacted customer service, they only offered me $20 compensation, which is unacceptable for premium skincare products. This site sells old stock, and their customer service refuses proper refunds. I will never purchase again, and I strongly warn others to be cautious before buying.

The parcel was supposed to arrive by 03.08 Today is 27.08 and I have received nothing. This is a total scam. Beware!
The promo code would not work
I tried to order on my phone but couldn't enter my card expiry year as the app wouldn't allow me to scroll to it. Changed to my computer and when I tried to enter the promotion code it would not apply because it said the code had already been used.
