Ordering the linen suit was very easy. Once it arrived, I discovered the attention to detail was unsurpassed. I went up a size in the pants from my standard fit and the waist /hip fit was perfect! The pants were a little long but that was the way I ordered them. I wanted to err on the long side as opposed to the short side. The jacket was a perfect fit to my normal 46R thank you for offering high quality at a reasonable price. overall excellent value.

Strict Return Policy on Standard Measure Suits

I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a standard ready-size suit based on a professional tailor’s recommendation using their sizing chart, but the suit arrived significantly too small. Unfortunately, StudioSuits has a strict no-return, no-refund policy, even for ready-size orders that don’t fit. Customer service was polite and did offer a 50% discount on a remake, but I wasn’t comfortable spending more money after the initial suit was unwearable. I understand their policy, but I believe buyers should be aware that there is essentially no recourse if the fit isn’t right.

Good measurements, high-quality fabric, and an outstanding price. I contacted StudioSuits several times asking them to send me the measurements they used for this order so I could save them back into my account. I had specifically requested that they use the pants measurements from one of my previous orders and the jacket measurements from another because my measurements had changed after I lost body fat. StudioSuits responded to both requests and said they would send the measurements, but as of this review they still have not done so. The suits were delivered about two weeks ago, and my requests were made approximately three and four weeks ago. I also specifically requested that the embroidered suffix on my name be written as "jr" with a lowercase "j" and no period. Instead, it was embroidered with an uppercase "J." Despite those issues, this order consisted of two linen three-piece suits with waistcoats, and they were my eighth and ninth suits purchased from StudioSuits. (I actually ordered several of my earlier suits through an email account that I no longer have access to, so I can't determine the exact total.) Overall, I am very pleased with the suits. The fit, workmanship, and value for the price are excellent, and I expect to continue ordering from StudioSuits in the future.

StudioSuits - a first class outfit!

There was excellent communication from the company from the moment I placed the order until the moment it was delivered....and then for days afterward. I had a slight sizing issue with the jacket, but most of that was my own fault due to not adhering to the sizing chart on the company website. Despite this my rep (Erica) still offered and sent a $50 gift certificate to me towards my next purchase, which I thought was classy and a really nice touch. She couldn't have been more professional in her dealings with me over the past week...and I'd highly recommend her -and StudioSuits- to anybody!

Delayed delivery. The email updates need to also have a picture of whats ordered and not just a reference number to identify easier. Especially helpful when there are multiple orders

had to order a suit as a groomsman. Jacket fit fine, pants were 2 sizes too small. provided photo evidence to customer support when asked for it but was told to order a new one? Horrible customer service with no return policy even with standard sizes
