this is my 4th time purchasing a suit from studio suits and it never dissapoints, the fabrics, the colors, the customer service is exceptional. I always rely in studio suits to get my husband suits that he will not find nowhere else
I had no idea this company had a no returns, no exchanges, and no refunds policy when I recommended them to my groomsmen. I had purchased a suit from them previously, and while mine was slightly tight at first, it ultimately worked out after I lost some weight. Based on that experience, I wanted my wedding party to match.
Thankfully, only two of my groomsmen ordered before the rest of the party did.
Neither suit fit correctly. One suit was significantly too large and did not match the measurements that were submitted. This discrepancy was confirmed with measurements. The other suit was so small it wasn't even wearable, despite the measurements provided.
We spent over a month working with customer service, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, every "solution" they offered required purchasing additional products or receiving gift cards to their site as collateral for the alterations needed to make these suits fit. They refused to accept returns or exchanges, even when the suits clearly did not match the submitted measurements. As a first-time customer, it is not obvious there is a no-return policy. I now believe this is purposely obscured to trap people into throwing more money at their site. There was no meaningful recourse once an order was placed and an issue occurs.
After more than a month of going back and forth, we gave up. With only two months remaining before our wedding, we had to switch to a completely different suit provider to ensure everyone had matching attire. I'm now reimbursing my groomsmen for the unusable suits they purchased based on my recommendation, leaving me out approximately $1,000. We may as well have lit our money on fire; that at least would have been more fun.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. If you're considering ordering from this company, make sure you fully understand their return, exchange, and refund policies before purchasing. If there's any chance you may need a different size or expect customer support to resolve sizing issues, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They will not help you.
We are currently disputing the charges through PayPal and our credit card companies because we do not believe the products delivered matched what was ordered and they are not making things right.

StudioSuits (formerly Makeyourownjeans.com) is a great place to buy pants. They can make pants of any size and material of your choice. You can't buy pants like theirs anywhere else.
My fiancé ordered a suit for our wedding to be made to his measurements. The jacket was good, however the pants were made incorrectly to the point where several tailors stated they were unable to fix them. They were not made to the measurements that were sent in and when we reached out to have the pants fixed, they denied the issue even when photo evidence was sent through. They have now ghosted and stopped responding to emails so we can't even get a refund. We are incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
Very good experience from start to finish. Excellent selection of fabrics and the availability of multiple options for customizing the jacket I selected allowed me to design exactly what I was looking for.
I own two jackets now through StudioSuits - both purchases went flawlessly - and have a third now on the way.
