The jacket fits
The jacket fits very closely with expectations based on the size chart. The slow delivery is acceptable because the price is excellent.

My local pros could not deliver
EDIT. I initially gave four stars. Now that I have completed the installation, I am changing this to five stars. It was a big DIY project for me but the construction was easy because every rail is cut so precisely. I will definitely order from Hoover Fence again. (Original message: My local professional fence builders dropped the ball more than once because I wanted cedar split rails. So, I went DYI with Hoover. Out of 27 rails, 24 are really good and 3 are good enough. The posts are excellent.)
